WagerBeasts ("we", "us", or "our") operates the WagerBeasts website (the "Service") — an odds-comparison and sports-betting information service. We are an independent information and affiliate service; we are not a bookmaker and do not accept bets or process payments.

• Service providers who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting/CDN and security), Google (Google Analytics, where you have consented), our email provider (newsletter and contact handling), and ipapi.co (IP-based country lookup, used only as a fallback).
• Sportsbook partners: when you click through to a partner you leave our site and visit theirs under their own privacy policy. We share aggregated referral/click data for commission attribution — no directly identifying information.
• Legal requirements: where required by law, court order, or a governmental authority.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, under standard confidentiality protections.

Where the UK/EU GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent for analytics cookies and the newsletter; our legitimate interests in measuring and securing the Service and attributing referrals; and legal obligation where applicable.
